Google My Business Strategy [HELP]

Currently playing around with Google My Business and I was wondering what everybody's process is to driving calls and clicks to a listing?

Does Posting do anything etc?

For driving calls and clicks I just make sure I provide everything that Google wants basically using all the GMB resources and providing description of the business, service areas, additional categories, and much more. I optimize my GMB to the fullest so that it gets in the top 3 positions for various keywords which automatically will get me calls and clicks
GMB Posts are working great for pushing my GMB up in map pack for some keywords. It gets me a lot of views and some clicks too. Would definitely recommend you.
