Google My Business Messages to gmail?

I have to monitor Facebook messages, and Google my Business messages and forward questions from clients to the customer care team so they can answer them. the customer care team doesnt have access to GMB and facebook because they are not in marketing,

is there anyway to unify all these platform proprietary messaging systems? is there a way to route GMB messages to gmail?

I've googled for a day and havent seen anything interesting, or workable
