I can't remember exactly where I read it (it was authentic) that Google scrapes each and every SEO Forum on the web and the links to the sites they find on those forums are manually reviewed. And this has helped them more than anything ever to find spam and the sites using BH techniques. So, first of all STOP posting links to your competitor's or anyone's site links on SEO Forums.

So I guess since BHW is ranked highly for "BlackHat SEO" related terms, BHW is an authority site on BH SEO and in a way publishes information about BH SEO in a White Hat manner? Most people will know that BHW is at the top of Google for a lot of BH related search terms so can BHW be considered as an authority site?

In fact, I found bhw forum early last year through google itself

Even though, they are on bhw, they can not stop thousands of blackhatters, lol :haha:

by the way, could panda update be the result of google's spying bhw...

From a business stand point if I ran google I would certainly be paying multiple people to keep an ear to the ground and find out what people are coming up with. Considering google pays people to work on individual projects, I am pretty sure their budget will stretch to this.
