Google Misrepresentation Automated Bullshit

I swear I can't get the chat option back and I just get auto denied by google everytime. I have fulfilled their entire stupid list of requirements. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with this shit? Website is a specialty coffee dropshipping website im really just want to be on free listings so i can turn around and sell this pos that's taken up way too much of my time and money.
