Google Merchant - Unacceptable Business Practices

Does anyone have insight into what these sort of triggers are for the merchant suspension unacceptable business practices? This is for white hat google adwords shopping ecommerce. Have had a store or two go through this and it lead to mercant and that adwords account getting suspended for TOS. Everything is legit and not sure what's causing it. Anyone have ideas into things that trigger this suspension?

Means you created accounts before which were suspended and they somehow linked the old ones to this new one.
