Google Merchant suspended : Misrepresentation

I run succesfull ads campaigns however my Google merchant center KEEPS getting SUSPENDED for MISREPRESENTATION.

I have all policies on website,
everything is legit,
white hat campaigns.

Dropshipping, but Google doesn’t know that because my website looks hyper legit and we also mention that we hold all items in stock.


So why on earth are they suspending us?

We appealed over 30 times with ZERO COMMUNICATION from them.

Hello,

I have a similar problem, I ran a campaign on my google ads account and got suspended because of a -50% promotion on my product.
So I created a new account to advertise and I got blocked for bypassing the system
Now it's been more than 12 days that I'm waiting for an answer from google, have you found a solution?

I know how much this sucks because I had this issue for 5 months and I just got it resolved on 17 March.
Wasted 5 months of my life, can you imagine?

After 5 months of creating multiple websites and trying 100s of things, I got sick of it and paid 400$ and got it fixed.
The solution is not black and white, there is a lot of things you have to do to get approved and stay approved.

Misrepresentation is one of the frustrating suspensions, I know all about it.
But keep trying and you will get approved.

They sucks man now, keep trying.
 
5 months?! They are seriously abusing
When you say you paid $400 to solve this problem, what do you mean by that?

I paid an agency that has direct contact with Google, and the guy that works there gave me some advice and things to do and after 2 weeks of doing everything, I tried again and got approved.

But honestly, if Google had proper support then there weren't any issues, but their support is so bad and the worst of all is that they can't even tell you what you did wrong and suspend you, and you are left in the dark.

My advice is to keep trying or try different traffic sources.
 
A business using Google or facebook for traffic is not sustainable.

And a business that is not sustainable, is not sellable.

The problem is that with all the accounts that have been suspended, they are getting so many requests that I feel I will have to wait a long time to get an answer.
I have already made all the necessary changes after reading all the rules about google ads policy
My biggest problem is to get an answer from google

You won't get a response from them, forget it.
In my experience when they suspend you, you are dead for them.

They even suspended my Google Ads account after my Merchant Center got suspended.
Appealed multiple times, no response anymore.

Only one automated message basically stating that you are permanently suspended.
In the time you are suspended, try to learn other traffic sources there are a lot of things you can do.

You have to remove the useless info.
+ Remove promotions + Clear policies + Contact Info.

Google won't unsuspend you no matter how much you appeal or beg if the policy issue is unresolved. Especially if its an automatic strike, the bots will need to recrawl to confirm that the issue is fixed. well , keep your hope alive, we can help you. check allgroupinc.com/help
