Hey guys,

I see many people have issues with Google Merchant Center and get suspend for misrepresentation.
Unfortunately, I got the same problem and I am looking for tips or solutions how to fix it.
At the beginning my shops products get green and I can also turn on ads, but after 2-3 days (after the "manual" review) I get banned for misrepresentation and Google won´t tell me why.
Is there anyone who can help? Otherwise I am very thankful for all tips you got.

Lots of scammers have been using GMC+Google Ads for advertising fake (scammy) online shops, which will accept delivery and then deliver poop (literally poop) or not deliver at all.
Google (Ads) has been unable to stop such scammers from using GMC+Google Ads. But, ofcourse, Google (Ads) does not give a fuck about it, because Google earns billions of US dollars (every year) from Google Ads. However, there has been a spike in court cases / suits filed against Google (Ads) in this regard and then Google (Ads) started to scratch it's head and tried to stop such scammers from advertising in (GMC+)Google Ads. But, then Google being Google, with it's lazy fatass incompetent tech staff, has been unable to stop such scammers from using GMC+Google Ads, so what Google (Ads) does nowadays, is to mass suspend GMC+Google Ads accounts, NO MATTER WHAT (no matter even if the GMC is 100% legit).
Therefore, your one and only possible attempt towards your GMC+Google Ads account suspensions, is, to appeal each and every GMC and Google Ads account that gets suspended. If you are lucky, some of them do get reactivated.

No waaaay, why can other have without issues ads online? There must be a trigger for all stuff.
 
Start with changing your domain name. Don't abuse the trademark "LEGO". Did you get permission to use this in your domain from the LEGO Company? I don't think so because they are very strict with their lawyers.

Don't misrepresent yourself like you're a part of the LEGO Company. Google doesn't want to get sued, you shouldn't want to either.

I think because LEGO in google shopping VERO list like on the eBay.
 
use etsy and a good antidetect and proxy and you will be happy. the problem is because Google can see you and block your account so you need to hide your identity
 
LEGO Name might have a copyright issue. Just like Nike Puma and other brands - you can not just create another Pumaforme store and start selling ethically, They will ban you.

If you mask your domain or change the domain name - with your own brand -- that Will keep the account Active, as I have seen, Google does not care what you sell on GMC.
