Your product descriptions might be making unrealistic claims. For example: "with XYZ diet pill you will lose 10 pounds per week, 100% guarantee."

You may not be passing all required information to the product feed. Such as the product price on the feed doesn't match your checkout price.

You may not be clearly stating your company info, taxes etc.

See if you can identify anything obvious like that and then contact Google support for a manual review.
