Google merchant center suspension due to delivery issues

Hello guys!
my google merchant center is suspended due to delivery issues saying that I have to offer home delivery to customers in the target country. I have been trying to fix that but I could not find anything that is related to "home delivery". I would appreciate if you guys know how to deal with it.

i think u just didnt setup ur google merchant shipping correctly .
