I'm still struggling but rewriting contents + HQ links (little) + patience seems to be the only way to get out of this shit.

im try to resubmit sitemap, and traffic slowly back to normal and start rank again
but, im not sure if this safe, so i don't recommend this
what im doing before resubmit the sitemap is, add more internal links and outbound links to wikipedia

Well it doesn't mean my site doing good. Compare to early month this year it's been pretty bad.
