Hi, I have a question about Google maps reviews, I have seen out there that it is illegal (but not only that they ban your account if not real legal problems) to put reviews that are not natural, but I do not know if they refer to reviews of bots or reviews of people (even if they are bought or fake), could someone help me with this question please? Thank you very much for your time.

It's not "illegal", it's against their ToS, so at worst they will ban you.

Ive seen businesses destroyed by ggl reviews due to mass negative postings and the same goes for tripadvisor and yeah they never get caught as they are most likely half way across the world without any real internet connection and almost always use free wifi or hijack wifi p/w.. so yeah it happens and its a real service if one seeks that kind of service.

That's such a broad question. It can be illegal. It depends on your country etc.
