Yes, you can still rank in Google+Local search results even if you hide your address. Make sure you're not indicating our address on sites such as Yelp.com, Yahoo Local, CitySearch.com, HotFrog.com, Local.BOTW.org, Bing Business Portal, ExpressUpdateUSA.com, YP.com, and SuperPages.com. There's no need to provide any addresses if privacy is your concern, but you have to make sure to indicate your business name and contact number as text on all pages in your side.
