Google Maps listing has been closed

Hi there,

iam just curious if someone maybe has an advice on how to deal with google and them closing a maps location.
The business exists and the location is real.
One day i got the message that the location has been marked as "closed". Of course i changed that and marked it as open again.
Than about a week later the location was getting closed and hidden from google maps by google.

I contacted the support about a month ago and asked about the issue and how i could fix it.
Nothing yet.

The only thing i could think of is, that the location name had also the city name in it, even though the company name does not include the city name.

Should i maybe change the company name and remove the city name in hopes of that actually being the issue with that location?

I am having a similar problem at the moment. Were you able to find someone to fix it for you?

I was having this issue with my 3 listings, 2 Solved and marked as Open, But 1 is till Parmanent Closed.

I can explain you for sure why it was suspended in GMB as I Have contact that can do the check in internal tools,

I am very interested, but the business is trying other options at the moment. What will be your ball park figure, once they get back to me?

If they keep suspend profile Google will never say why its suspended they will be in an infinite wheel. Depends on business needs, could be between 400 dollars and 5K dollars if business wants the method and contact.
