Google Maps help, need some advice thx

Hey everyone i have a client that has 2 verified google maps (same business 2 different addresses), one was actually from years ago and no one knew about it until recently. So i found out they both get a lot of calls from them. How do i go about keeping them both? is it possible? a 3rd party company keeps calling and saying the accounts need to be updated, this so called 3rd party however will not say who they are just 3rd party by google. I logged into one of them today and found it has a soft suspension. Im not sure what to do or if we can keep them both. let me know your thoughts. We do own a different company name and do business as another so we could change the company name and info completely on another but i dont want to be looked at as spam so any thoughts on this would be awesome. thx
