I'm trying to advertise an office cleaning service and they don't have a physical address. The cleaning materials are stored at the owner's house and it's out of the service area so I don't want her city to show up as the business location.
The chat representative advised me to wait until she gets the envelop to her house and change the business address to something in the service area just for the city name to show up somewhere that makes sense to the customers.
Of course the rep mislead me and got my business page to be deactivated, and now they want me to scan them papers of the business certifications and such and such to get the page reactivated with her home city address...
I hate them. Any advice?
