I noticed that there is software called Bright Local which manages / builds citations.

But what automated software that puts Pins on Google Maps?

Let me clarify this

I want to build juice on google maps for suburbs where I know my product will be popular.

I'd like to do this with Google Maps using Keyword + NAP in pins. I've seen services being advertised giving 30-50K pins, i'd like to know what software they are using
