Hey!
Just got manual penalty removed by google all because of some guy making negative seo on me which resulted in manual penalty which resulted in manual overview of my backlinks and around 100 of them were web 2.0 profiles which triggered red flag.. showed all of them to disavow file and google approved removing it yay!
Question is - can I now remove those web 2.0 profiles from disavow file so they continue to give juice to my sites or it is a horrible idea? And do google now keeps an eye on my site more than before now because of the penalty?
