My site on flippa auction is now PR3, from PR0 when first listing..
 
I wouldn't call it "major". It does happen couple of times per year...

Thank you for letting me know it's that time of year where I check the green bar..

One site went from 0 to 2 and a feeder blog got 0 from 4...... :(

Sell backlinks to people.. I'm sure people would pay for a [do follow] PR6 backlink :D
 
Just took a 2 months old new domain from 0 - 4, very happy :D
 
No change for mine I don't think. Don't pay much attention to PR any more to be honest.
