Just fucking ignore the greedy cunt Google....just do proper search audit and alocate an ad buget based on you research not what the greedy cunt warns you about.
Did your account had spending before u ran high budget camp? I noticed earlier, when acc had small spending before running high budget i didnt get the "limited by budget" thing. I remember when acc had 4k+ budget and spending only 2-300 and got "limited by budget" and raising even 10k budget didnt help.
