Does this shit even work, the positions are not accurate, yet it shows me everywhere on tons of queries but checking manually and using serpbook shows nothing.

The positions of your pages in the Google Search Console are based on your average global position. As you probably (didn't) know, the SERPs in one territory are not the same as the SERPs in another, so you might be position #2 for "your keyword" in the United States but position #8 in Russia, giving you the average position of #4 for "your keyword". The average position in the Google Search Console also includes the results for local (city, state, etcetera) and personalised results (Google+ results), so this can make it appear as is your average position is much higher than it actually is.
Also, make sure your search type is set to "Web" and not "Image" or "Video".

If I filter to country, then add the country to serpbook, it still shows nothing. For example average position in Japan 34, add keyword and country to serpbook, serpbook shows nothing. Is it just bullshitting me? What is the actual delay set to also I thought it was 24 hours?

I've tested a ton of queries that it shows as in postion x, and none appear when either manually searching or using proxies ehhhhh

Unless they are hiding search results from me which is new to me example query and location: seo + location using USA proxy and setting search to 100 pages can't find the domain, yet it shows average position as 11 for weeks.

Normally, I would repeat what I said above, but try clicking on the keyword in the Search Analytics tab in the Google Search Console. I noticed something was a bit off today as well when it said I was ranking #1 for a keyword that I knew I wasn't ranking that high for (I just created the article a week ago and it has a bit of competition), but as soon as a I clicked on the keyword for more information, I saw that the correct "average position" was 12.
This is apparently only happening to some of the keywords as when I checked most of the other keywords that I'm ranking for, I saw that the average position was the same both in the Search Analytics list and when I clicked the keyword for more information.

This has always been a shitty tool, but I am even seeing clicks yet when i choose the row clicks and click the up arrow, theres nothing there.

Here is an example, position one in multiple countries, no clicks and I can't find it for shit.

Set up international targeting and your keywords can jump to Page 1 in 3/4 days for your desired country. I have seen it happen.

Could be because of your ip and could be your previous rankings.
