My expert opinion.

The article is over a year old, March 12th, 2012.

Unless you use a proxy, the internet knows where you are. And if you use a smartphone it really knows where you are by tapping into the GPS in the smartphone.

So, what is the issue. The search engines are just trying to make your search more relevant. If you live in Los Angeles and search for a dentist, you don't want results showing up for Boston, at least I don't.

But what about Website Development? How to deal with those stuffs.
