Google Local settings help

I am trying to setup Google local for a fitness solution that provides an online service throughout the UK. How do I setup the "Service Areas and Location Settings" I dont want to enter a specific location I want to reflect that we service the whole country. What is the best way of achieving this?

Look into getting a virtual office with a physical mailbox in the most populated area. You'll also need to verify with a phone. Many of my clients run into this problem also.
