Google Local SERP Problem

Hello,
I have Google+local problem please help me to fix these issue.

My problem:- My Google+Local page is verified and public. My question:Why Google showing my description as "Introduction" but not "From the Owner". I experienced that your description is visible in Local serp if shown as "From the owner" but not if shown as "Introduction". So how to set my description as "From the owner".

Did you try contacting Google themselves? They are usually quite helpful once you get a hold of them
