Two questions basically:
1) How do you get your website listed in the Google local map results (I don't know what they're officially called... I mean the Google Maps results that appear at the top of the SERPs sometimes. Assume your website is for like an actual business or something.
2) What ranking criteria does Google use for non-map results vs. map results? I'm asking because I'm curious how to out-rank map results with my non-map sites. I see this happen from time to time.
Thanks.
