Hi,

Could anyone clarify what to do when your client is a service business, has it set up they serve an area on their local page, but are based in a small town around 10 miles north of a big city and around 14 miles east of another.

Do you just optimise where they are based, or do I make pages for these cities? Even though they do not have a office there?

Our local hospital is a joke and I know majority of our town and surrounding area agrees and we just need something done. Either get our hospital staff more training or get new staff. How would one go about getting this done, or at least started?

There are a few threads that discuss similar/applicable topics. I don't have time right now to find many of them but I'm sure if you search for a thread along the lines of 'google places listing for neighboring town' you can find it.
