Is there a way to check more than 50 keyword search volume in google keywords?I dont care if the scan takes a little bit more time to complete.Aney idea is welcomed.

Try using the 'search' function of the forum, you will find more than a dozen results and keyword research tutorials with suggestions of many different tools which will then help you in finding what exactly you're looking for.
