Dear some SEO Expert,

I'm using google keyword tools to search some good keyword. What does specification for a Good keyword?

example:

US - Local Monthly Searches > 10000
Competition = Low/Medium
CPC - ??you will look for this?

please provide me some tips/guide to get a nice keyword.

Monthly searches 10000 seems a bit high.
If you want to start a new sites and want to rank fastly then look something around 1000 - 3000 monthly searches and with low competition

If you want to start work on 10k monthly searches keyword
Then you have to work hard on it to rank highly
