Google Keyword Tool....Sorry?

So, opened up google keyword tool to have a look at some keywords to be forwarded to their sign up page when clicking 'search'

went back, tried again then this page popped up?

We're sorry...

... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

Has this happened to anyone before?

I don't use any software for keyword research, just have a random gander now and again on the google keyword tool.

No idea..

If you are using a proxy you can get that message.

No proxy, just on my home laptop with nothing but windows & avg running lol

This happens all the time when I use software that scrapes google or proxies. Is someone else using your network? You may have just been entering queries too fast as well.

No Not Happened to me i quite often use the google keyword tool.............But nothing.

I used the 'General Lee Keyword Bot' (great tool) a few weeks ago on a different laptop, same network.. Could be that.

I have used google keyword tool a couple of times since then on it's own with no problems.

Did this just go away on it's own? or did you have to get a new IP for your router/modem?

Never got that message before even though I use it with proxies all the time lol.

It's only temporary and is due to whatever you are running on your pc when it happens. You are only temporarily blocked and it will go back to normal within a short time.
