Google Keyword planner

Hi all,

I want to use Google Keyword planner , in "Add ideas to your plan", but now there is a new massage that says: "This page shows ranges for search volumes. For a more detailed view, set up and run a campaign."
Does anybody knows how can I bypass Google’s new restriction ?
How can I use it without an active AdWords accounts

I came across a thread before.. I think you need a valid credit card before they remove the range. Either that or you have to spend on ad to see it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
