Not sure if anyone face such issue before.

When I add in a few keyword I wish to research and hit "get result", I see this error "All keywords were removed. Try different keywords or a URL."

Based on my observation, my keyword is related to "loan" & "credit score", if I use other keyword, it works as normal.

Is term like "loan" & "credit score" is a prohibited keyword in Google Keyword Planner?

This looks like a new one, may be Google concerns about sensitive stuff, like money and credit topics and so blocking it

Some keywords related to sensitive topics may have restrictions . Try using variations of the keywords or related terms .

Please try using variations of the keywords or related terms

Yeah, you're hitting the policy restrictions. What you can do is try going more specific with long-tail keywords or synonyms that might not be as heavily restricted. Or, if you've got an active Google Ads campaign, sometimes that lifts some restrictions. In the meantime, might want to pivot to other tools.
