Im a newbie in IM. I never paid a cent for ad. I just did the method for later use because im afraid i will forget it. And it worked

$74,000 spent and I still see ranges. I'm in a group with a couple people who have spent $50,000+ and still ranges for them as well.

In June, Google disabled access [1] to the Keyword Planner for those who did not have any active campaigns. There was a major backlash from the online marketing community and Google quickly back tracked saying that it was a bug.
In mid August, since they were unable to disable access directly, Google have resorted to making the volume useless for people by showing ranges [2]. The number of accounts seeing this has been increasing since then and in the last few days seems to have increased rapidly.

They may have active campaigns or their own tracking or who knows what. Doesn't matter, because it works.
I am using it with keyword shitter so I get through thousands of queries a day and so far I haven't seen any limits at all.
