Hi guys, here is my story!
I own an e-commerce site, I sell goods. The site has been live for 13 months but for some reason it just keep sinking in the google SERPs.
This is What I have done so far:
I have more than 3k links, must of them are deep linking, I keep adding new content to my site most of the time, (over 300 pages), Most of my links are anchor links (keywords), excellent onsite optimization, xrumer blast, angela links, articles, bookmarks, etc.
Now here is the issue.
like fourth month ago I was ranking high for very competitive keywords in google and no where to be found in yahoo or bing. I was getting a lot of traffic from google, but in the last 2 months all my keywords started sinking, some used to be in position 3 or 4 and today they are in position 90 or 150, I though it was the google dance, but 2 months already past and no increase. I kept building anchor links and nothing, everyday keeps going down and down. The good thing is that now I have over 100 keywords in the first page in yahoo and bing, but compare to google traffic they both suck big time.
I was checking the google webmaster tool, and they are saying that I have Duplicate Meta description and Duplicate Title tag. But there is no way to fix this. cause they are refering to the same page but different parameters. for example:
hxxtp://www.hahaha.com/Blackcars/
hxxtp://www.hahaha.com/Blackcars=page2
hxxtp://www.hahaha.com/Blackcars=page3
and so on. page 2 and 3 are products pages not another page. but google see it as another page. I don't know if this is a big deal but its the only thing that I can think of. unless they have penalized my site.
Should I ask them to reconsider mysite or what other suggestion you guys have.
