google issues malware warning

Hey I was doing a search for some java scripts to hide the status in my status bar and got a page that states warning visiting this website may harm your computer. If you are the webmaster of this site you can request a review of your site by google. Advisory provided by googel.
Is this something new that google is doing or a trick by the webmaster of that site?

I think they have been doing that for awhile now. I've been seeing some sites in the serps with that for awhile now. Alot of porn sites.

Looks like they put a interstitial page up though. What I've mainly seen is them have a warning in the listing of the search results.

That's pretty old. Like several years at least. Not sure how they determine a positive result, but it's probably automagic.

Oh, I've never seen it, but then again I haven't done a lot of searches for scripts. Get most of my referrals here or email etc.
I thought it was kinda crappy of google, but some may find it usefull.
