Google isn't indexing my inner pages!

My site http://www.deliciousmanga.com it is 5months old
Google isn't indexing my inner pages. It is indexing my main pages & forum but not my comic pages. I have tried pinging & bookmarking my inner pages but it didn't work I also submitted a sitemap and waited 2 weeks and still 0 indexed. What am I doing wrong?

go to your webmaster tools and research the crawl errors and other options.I am sure u will find the problem.

I have only 1 error which is just 1 page missing and that's it...

hmm,i hope your innerpages have some sort of connection to your homepage.If you want pm me your site i will look into it.

Instead of bookmarking/pinging, try to do internal backlinking. that should help

You don't have any (written) content on those inner pages. Try writing a description for the images or image alternate text.

Your problem is rather easy, it isn't to deal anything with the content, as it is solid due to having what is suppose to be on the page. However, a small description at the top and the first page of each set on the page instead of your credits, to bring readers up to speed where the story is wouldn't be a bad thing.


The issue is that your subpages have no metas at all in them. Google may not use keywords for rank but they absolutely use them for to catalog a site in the index.

You need to put in your keyword, title and especially your description tags for the subpages to get crawled and listed. Right now, the spiders are looking at them as random content pages instead of part of your seo efforts.

You have them linked on your index/main page so that is an internal connection to get them spidered but when they are crawled, the ' link out ', which is due to the spider not having any information from lack of metas to list anything about the page.

It sees it but doesn't know anything about it...it is like passing a stranger on the street, you see them but don't have any interest due to not knowing them.


The Resolution: Tag you pages with metas that explain a little of that key information, making each page unique to the engine and worth listing. They will then start to show up. Work it simply for what it is...Example Description Meta: Page ### of the suchandsuch series...etc. short version of description to catch readers up.

Even if you have a sitemap submitted, it definitely helps to have a direct line from your home page to your inner pages. Create an html sitemap that can be accessed from your homepage. Just a link at the bottom that opens up a page full of links to all the pages in your site. That should get things indexed quickly, more than likely the next time your site is crawled.

I completely agree with what has been said above; the more unique, relevant text/content on your inner pages, the better. Google likes new content, including images, but it needs something to give those images context.

In addition to unique meta title and description give each image a unique descriptive file name and matching alt tag. Image bot is slower to index then the regular text bot but it is easier to rank high in.

What have you actually done to get them indexed? Bookmarking and pinging isn't that much.

How well is your site structured?
How good is your on-page seo for each page?
How good is your internal linking structure?
Are you actually promoting your inner pages?

If you have a solid site structure and backlink/promotional campaign going, there should be no reason why you can't get your inner pages indexed and ranking for your keywords.
