Google is testing this new feature?

Google is testing on scraping webpages based on table of content. That means for some queries, visitors dont even need to click to webpages anymore. This feature is working on desktop serp only. Has anyone seen this also? Sorry I forgot to take screenshot of it.

I have sites that rank for TOC titles for at east 6 months so far

This new feature of Google scrapes the content of TOC, not just headings of TOC as before. For some queries, visitors can read everything on the SERP without clicking furthur.
