The other site will of course be higher PR than you and be more trusted! That is how stupid Google can truly be. It doesnt care who originates the content. That is why Matt Cutts is an idiot with his mantra of build good content and you will win BS. Like flx said welcome!

my site once was PR5 and dominating like a boss, but don't know why in a year dropped to 3, now bullied.. MATT CUTT, content is king? BS!

Put a note under your article for users not to reuse it unless they get your approval. Then contact site A and ask him to remove the copy of the article.

Fight your own battle(s) don't wait for Google to play fair.

Apparently Penguin strips authority from a site and authorship as well leaving new sites the ability to copy and rank. It's absolutely terrible to see our hard work go down the toilet. Google is really screwed up big time.

Bing is even worse. Searching for my website ended up giving spammy porn websites on the first page, despite my website having nothing to do with it.

This is probably the best advice. Google doesn't know nor cares about the originator of the content unfortunately

content is king IS BS , I have seen the same I have wrote article and some one took my article and posted it in his site with out credits or link back and he is ranking higher than me , I think backlink matters
