I am noticing one of my pages are showing for searches wich are not really what the page is about. the keywords are related but the ssearch intent is diffrent. I want to know should I change the content for those searches or jsut keep the page focused on the main topic.

I just want to know what would you do in this case?

Instead, I would make sure that the page stays on track with its primary objective and not rewrite it with every keyword that’s relevant to the queries. First, I would check the volume of these keywords in the SERPs and Google Search Console.

You can keep the page focused on its main topic unless the wrong-intent keywords represent a meaningful opportunity.

If Google is showing the page for related keywords with a different search intent, it usually means like Google sees the topical relevance so that your wrong keywords are rankings, but that does not automatically mean you should rewrite the page around those queries.

I would keep the main page focused. If the other keywords have a totally diffrent intent, I'd make a seperate page for them instead of forcing them into this one.

If the search intent is different, I would keep the page focused on its main topic. No need to change good content just because Google is showing it for other keywords.

I would probably keep the page focused on its main topic. If those keywords have a different intent, I would make a separate page for them rather than trying to fit everything into one page.

Check your site for hacking if the keywords are completely unrelated.

Google can test a page for related terms even when you never targeted them. I’d only make changes when those searches are bringing useful traffic and actually fit the page. Otherwise, I’d keep the original topic clear and let those extra impressions be.

I’d keep the page focused on the main keyword and search intent. If Google is testing it for related terms, I wouldn’t rewrite the whole page just to chase those queries. I’d only add a small section if the extra keyword is genuinely relevant to the same intent.

First check whether the searches are actually bringing useful traffic and whether the intent is close to your main topic. If the terms are completely unrelated, I’d check for hacked content, strange internal links and canonical issues. If they’re closely related, a small clarification may be enough.

I’d keep the page focused on its main intent rather than rewriting it around every related query.
If those keywords keep showing up, I’d check the SERPs first and see whether a separate page makes more sense.

I would check the SERPs first. if the intent overlaps, I would expand the page slightly. If it is clearly different, I would create a separate page instead.

Was you site hacked recently? This is the only possible reason that comes to my mind for this.

You said is showing the page with related keywords but different search intent, i want to ask if your post topic is the same with the post content.

You should change th keys in your page. But sometimes users mostly search your site with these keys, so google shows you by them. You can do nothing for this.

I’d keep the page focused on its main intent unless those other searches are bringing useful traffic. If Google is showing it for related terms with a different intent, I’d check the actual queries first. If there’s a clear overlap, I’d add a small section to cover that need. If the intent is completely different, I’d make a separate page instead of forcing everything into one.
