i read on a google forum that there's a glitch after PR Update last Feb6, and it takes days for google to index some blogposts. i hope this will be fixed...
The problem is not with any sitemap submission or url submission. there is an indexing issue since past two weaks after Google's last pagerank update and huge bloggers with custom domains are frustrated by this issue and this have been already reported to Google and everyone are in the hope that google will resolve it soon. .But one thing is, this glitch is only with blogger with custom domains and not for users with blogspot domain.
You can have a complete review of this issue on my Blog page's first post

Checklist:
1. check your robots.txt and htaccess
2. is there any plugin? check the plugin/widget configuration, you might have been messed up for some reason..
3. try to fetch your blog/page url via GWMT > fetch as Googlebot
NOTE: You might have messed up the code in #1, remember that part is crucial, it tells crawlers/SE Bots what page are not allowed to be crawled and be crawled.
I also want to suggest you don not force google to index it , google will index it's by own. I think you should just focus on posting good quality content for your blog posts.
Register for google's webmaster tools. This would help you to index all the pages. Also try doing some social bookmarking for each page you create. This would really help you to index at a faster pace.
make sure your content is unique, also google won't show 100% even though they are indexed. You can install php or analytic script to check when google has visited your page.
If you want i can create a script for you which will send you a mail when ever google crawler visits your site page.
If the crawler came in then your content is indexed. Don't worry if its not yet showing in search results.
