For a second I read this as "google is getting into backlinking."
Yes. And you'll keep saying yes to everything in search of convenience and ease until google or facebook takes over every aspect of your life and in 20 years you pretty much live a regimented life under their control.Don't be too negative guys. We have the choice if we wanna use it or not. We don't have to. Personally I won't touch it unless it has some benefits. Even then, I would just put a bit of cash in there. It would be stupid to completely put all the eggs in there right.
What could be good for us?
Easier transactions (maybe 0 fees) for people all over the world, maybe more people will use Google Pay and make things much easier.
Here is my opinion: Everything which can compete with Paypal is good. The last few years, especially the last two years, with Paypal have been terrible. Limits there, blocks here, freeze etc. Problem: Normal people are using fucking Paypal. If you don't offer Paypal as payment solution your conversation rate will be much lower. Therefore I say yes to Facebook and Google play. I also say yes to Apple Pay.
Easier ways to pay for the consumers = higher conversation rate
don't underestimate the power of "easy/flawless paying". It can have a huge impact of the conversation rate. "Oh let me just grab my phone, press this one button and pay this stuff" vs "Oh lets click here, get my credit card from my wallet somewhere, enter all my private information and also security code :O and then lets hope it works"
Please read the first paragraph again. Personally I avoid Facebook and Google wherever I can. Would never trust them with my personal information, never did, will never do.Yes. And you'll keep saying yes to everything in search of convenience and ease until google or facebook takes over every aspect of your life and in 20 years you pretty much live a regimented life under their control.
Read "brave new world" or "1984" one of these days.
Life's tough. Not everything should be convenient. They'll feed on that side of you that wants pleasure all the time and they'll keep giving you that pleasure while taking away something much more important: your freedom - and your money of course.
Who ever owns the money printer owns the world.Sadly we have to work for money to survive if you try create money you go to jail for counterfeiting.Theyre already the top search engine. Now they want to be the top bank? Basically they want to run the world
