Hi unlimited invoice account is a tough thing must be months of good ad spend, no bans, no policy issues, verification etc.
 
Monthly invoicing usually depends on account history and spend, you need to contact Google Ads support to check if your account qualifies.
 
Google's monthly invoicing is usually reserved for established businesses with a solid spending history. From what I've seen, there isn't a shortcut to getting a high credit line. Consistent ad spend and a good payment record are the biggest factors.
 
someone told me he spend 10-20k in 3 day sin fresh accounts, some treshold or some billing
