    Not so online nowadays on the forum. Just on emails and Skype communication mostly to be honest! :(

    could someone tell me where its located, i have no plan of using but i havent found it there

    Yes it is under webmaster tools, and if you wanted to remove low quality backlinks which are causing your site then you can use it. From my point of view it is very useful google had introduced.

    The tool is no good unless it can help you disavow ALL links to your site unless you specifically approve of them. This is important as somebody who is practicing negative SEO on you might blast bad links at your site automatically or repeatedly via bots, making it time-prohibitive for you to disavow them manually.
