Hey I have a problem. When we create a blog from wordpress, I saw that the google index the "My first blog" page(Hello world page) also. But when we do updates to the page/website, does google index everything that I did for the website?
If so normally how long it takes to update google's version of my website? Please help. Thank you :-)

First thing first, Setup Google Webmaster.

Use a plugin like yoast to auto create sitemaps and submit to webmaster console.

Make sure you verify what to include and what to exclude from your sitemap via yoast settings.

You will start seeing crawling soon, it depends on your content quality, niche and other factors that how fast it will start crawling and indexing your pages.

Good luck, if still need any help just ask :)

Thank you very much for your reply:-) I published a website with 6 articles ( Each with 1000 words) and do on page seo things using rank math plugin. After a week also I am unable to see any progress. According to search console, there are only 5 impressions. Is it usual? But I am not set any backlink yet.

Yes thats very usual, and dont run for impressions and clicks in so early stage. Instead focus on following -

  • Increase content and articles.
  • Keywords you using.
  • Link building.
  • On-page.
  • Page speed.
  • How many pages you got indexed. Etc.
Once you have grip on that you will have better growing picture.

Yes, google bots crawl all the content on your website. The website is new so keep regular article posting there. And in case if you don't want to crawl your website then Disallow the page in robots.txt file

It depends on some factors like content quality and for new site it would take some time.Better focus on posting quality content and build links, it will help over the time.

Improve the quality of content, page speed and quality of backlink those are some factors that will help
