Halo I'm currently running my business in Indonesia from Cambodia. I've just changed my first page domain in my brand keyword to a new link. I've checked that the link has changed in my computer from Cambodia, but the link in Indonesia changed to an old link I don't want to use anymore. Can someone please give me tips on how I can make my first page link to appear the same from anywhere I searched in google?

Search for "how to move/ redirect old domain to new one in google webmaster tool"

have u tried in the google webmaster tools? there should be an option

This seems to be a redirect issue.

Putting correct 301 redirects in place should fix it.

new link do you mean new domain?

  • Make sure that the 301 redirect is correctly Set up
  • Make sure you replaced all of the links with the new domain (you can run some plugins to do that if you're using Wordpress)
  • Request indexing from your older domain so Google will recrawl your pages
  • Add both domains to your GSC then request a change of address
You can do that by navigating to the first domain > Setting > change of address > Select the new domain & confirm
  • Wait, it could take some time for changes to take effect, Google would need to recrawl the pages and update the databases,
It could take up to 1 Month+, so be patient and everything will be in point after some time
