Google Indexing Confusion? Is my site indexed?

So I launched my site on March 20th and submitted my site key in google search console but I am getting mixed info on whether my site is indexed or not.

When i type site:MyUrl in google it says 476 results but only 15 actual links show up.
When my brother does the same thing in California 70 results show up but only 15 actual links.
When I go to google search console and look up index status it says 476 under total indexed.
When i go to dashboard in search index it shows 365 url's submitted and 37 url's indexed.

Can someone explain to me what is going on and why I am getting so much mixed data? I would appreciate it.

Yeah that is what i did, I just don't get why the data I am receiving is all over the place.

Omitted results, new articles, new website, etc. Doesn't really matter much.
