Google indexing backlinks, Bing is not

Hi all....i have a strange situation...i build about 2000 backlinks...real ones ( i checked them with scrapebox), Google (using linklicious and rss technique) says to me that 1960 are indexed....GREAT....BUUUUUUUUT....Bing says 3!!!!!! What do u think is goin on?
