Google Indexed Pages - Need idea

Hi,

I am trying to get list of all indexed pages of our site from google.
Because there is a limit of 1000 per results we decide to separate list into many small queries like site:domain.com/directory1 .... site:domain.com/directory43434 and so on,
the issue is , when I run query for example: site:domain.com/directory1 its showing over 100,000 results when I try to visits next few pages its showing only 159 results and same issue on every query.
Is there any way to bypass that, did anyone had similar issue ?

I dont see solution there , I already got list of 74000 indexed pages by google, but the actual number much bigger.

The site operator returns an estimate. It's not an exact number. If you notice, Google mainly rounds figures it displays to webmasters.

Google rarely indexes all pages of a site. It' filters out low quality or duplicate pages.
