URL indexing has no relation with backlinks. I don't know why people are so confused and mixing up things. I am new here but my views are real clear towards SEO. Google indexing means, the URLs of your own website which google successfully indexed in search results. No matter if you are at the position 999. You can to concentrate on low competitive keywords and then try saturate your website for those keywords. Once you get enough clicks, then start posting more content (unique ofcourse) and include the keywords in h1 tags. Your keyword combination must be present in your title, description, post title in h1, meta keyword, meta description and must not repeat twice. Then google is gonna love you and your website. I am web developer and launches several websites a month. I have 100,000+ search impressions for a website of mine which was launched 3 weeks back. Just concentrate on good content and quality based.
