I just wanted to know that how much time it takes for google to index a new website page !

Sometimes a day, sometimes a few weeks. Depends on the authority etc. You can see that on some of the major news sited it can get indexed within minutes!

One of my websites is not getting indexed too.

You can get your site indexed in minutes using Google Webmaster tools.
If it takes a week to get a new site indexed, you are doing something horribly wrong.

If you want to get index instant you may submit your website page on Google Webmaster tools
You may go after google webmaster tools URL /submit-url
I think better is social media sharing is good for natural way to get index on Google
