Build cheap tier 2 links to them, build blog comments to them, use 301 url shorteners and then index those with an online indexer

Build a little more of these and the PDFs (if hosted on your site) may get de indexed before even appearing on the serps. Lol

I'm assuming the pdfs are on a parasite or something. Would not recommend that for money site
