Hello there I am indexing my web page manually. After a gun is dropping from the knee. what would be the reason. Note: Content is being written with spinning.

may I suggest to put down what ever you are drinking and also smoking, take a deep breath and rewrite your question?!
 
hello my english is very bad. I'm manually counting my numbers, but google is removing from the index. I am writing content with spinning. mobile compatible page number 7, theme generatepress

I understood it. He wants to say that after he wrote the article and indexed the page on Google, it is deindexed after 1 day. The article is spinned

The gun may have pertained to him being deindexed I guess? Anyway, @orgulifeost likely it is due to the quality of your content or the your spinner isn't effective enough.
 
Try removing the spun part from the whole content or rewrite it in a way that makes sense. Then go for manual index from G console.
